I know the design looks cool, but I'd like to give you some pointers to make it better.

First of all, its an unstable midweight that has issues when firing its grenade cannons. Not only that, but it's designed for CQC, but crawls at a snail's pace. Since a design's basis is its weapons, Ill assume you wanted a Close quarters combat design. Here are some tips.

Frame
Head- White glint head is one of the most outclassed heads in the game. It holds little use. Use Holofernes to go faster, and soluh or ekhazar to have balance.
Core- Aliya core would be better if it had less drain, but it doesnt. Lancel does everything aliya can for less, but even lancel fails here. I suggest Ekhazar or soluh for the stability you need for the weapons.
Arms- Perfectly fine. Be sure to outmanuever the opponents though, as thats what this arm specializes in.
Legs- use soluh. They have enough stability to use traverse.

Internals
-Lahire is a great FCS. Be sure to equip missiles though.
-Maxwell gen is too heavy to move quickly. Use Judith or Lahire for that, and Linstant would be best if you can handle the drain.
-Lahire main is a decent booster, but to maximize your potential, try Aliya. It is the most flexible of all the boosters, and works well in tandem with lahire arms.
-Lahire back booster is fine, but aliya is more powerful and Latona is easier to use. All three boosters are fine though.
-Lahire side is too powerful for a CQC build. Try a weaker booster to compliment your main, such as ortega. Ortega or Schedar would work best here.
-Lahire OB sucks. Use Judith for energy, and sobrero for power.

Weapons
-XMGs are too weak, despite their fire rate. Motocobras due the most damage, but a Cantuta would register the most. However, you have Lahire arms, which have low Firing stability, So I'd recommend Motocobra or Hitman, which deal enough damage to not mind bullet spread.
-Also, dual machine guns are just asking to be outranged. I suggest an assault rifle. Any would do, except for the Algebra one that has the highest fire rate. Use Marve and the 0700 for damage, and Mr102 and 063 for accuracy.
-One Ogoto nade cannon requires heavyweight level stability. Thats nearly impossible for a lightwieght to match, so switch in a traverse, since lightweights can handel it.
-Missiles. Use Spread or scatter missiles in place of an ogoto. If youre feeling ballsy, use vtfs or musselshells.
-Replace the shoulder add boosters for shoulder spread missiles. Shoulder add boosters are annoying to other players, and are useless in combat, unless you intend to create lag.
